We have a wealth of experience with a range of complex conditions including Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurones, Parkinson’s and Acquired Brain and Spinal Injuries. We often work closely with other health professionals, as well as CCGs, case managers and solicitors as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Where adaptations are required to someone’s home to facilitate complex care, we can assess the appropriate changes and provide access to the correct equipment.
